Subprocessors

Soltyx is operated by DEVDANI LTD. When we run a customer’s website we act as their processor, and the companies below process personal data on our behalf to make that possible. This page is the current list referred to in § 7 Abs. 1a of our Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (data processing agreement).
We give our customers at least 30 days’ notice in writing before we start using a new subprocessor, and they may object on data protection grounds during that period.

Independent providers, not subprocessors
If a customer connects one of these, they do so under their own account and the provider acts as an independent controller for that processing, under its own privacy terms. We are not their processor and they are not ours.
